Our Founder Heather Smith
Talent Elevated was founded by Heather Smith to help organizations align leadership, culture, and business strategy in ways that actually work.
After years across healthcare, technology, and telecommunications, Heather saw a common challenge. Many companies invest in talent initiatives, but fail to connect people strategy to real business priorities.
