Why This Mastermind Matters
In this interactive 2-hour virtual mastermind, we’ll share insights gathered from interviews with 34 professionals ages 25–35 within our client organizations, combined with broader workplace research. Together, we’ll explore what truly motivates, engages, and frustrates young professionals at work. We’ll unpack the context of the five generations in today’s workplace and examine common assumptions and tensions around communication, technology, expectations, feedback, and motivation — through the lens of both your generation and that of the young professional.
Participants will gain practical insight into how generational perspectives shape workplace behavior while building greater self-awareness about how their own leadership style and assumptions may contribute to generational friction.
You’ll leave with practical approaches to:
Motivate and engage young professionals more effectively
Navigate differences in communication, technology, and work expectations
Provide feedback and coaching in ways that resonate
Reduce generational friction and strengthen collaboration
Lead younger talent in ways that support both accountability and performance
What This Session Is & Isn’t
This is not a session about generational stereotypes. It’s about understanding the mindset, expectations, and realities shaping the next generation of talent — and how effective leaders adapt.
What Leaders Will Walk Away With
A clearer understanding of what motivates today’s young professionals
Real insight from conversations with professionals ages 25–35
Communication adjustments that immediately reduce friction
More effective approaches to feedback, expectations, and coaching
Leadership strategies that support both engagement and accountability
Who This Is For
