  • Expert webinars and discussions on key topics

  • Communication with other front-line peers on a private social group

How it works.

The program intentionally separates the learning across a 6-month period so you can absorb the information and then test it in small ways in your daily work.

We will prompt you as it is time to access the next module, apply the learning that you prioritized, or join an upcoming webinar.

The optional group leadership coaching is intended to give you the opportunity to elevate your learning by joining a cohort with other front-line leaders and a leadership expert monthly to discuss obstacles and best practice strategies to overcome challenges. Group leadership coaching expands your thinking and understanding of the learning module concepts exponentially through the peer-level conversation and practical insights.  

Each month of the 6-month program, you will receive:  

  • An email prompting you to complete a 5-10 minute leadership learning module 

  • A “Plan for Action” one-page guide to start small steps to change and engage your team 

  • An invitation to join/share on a private, online social community with other front-line leaders  

  • A coupon code to join monthly expert-led webinars and discussions on foundational leadership topics 

  • If selecting group leadership coaching: 

    • An invitation to join a monthly 60-minute live virtual group coaching session with 5-7 other front-line leaders and a leadership expert 

    • Three 30-minute one-on-one coaching sessions to 1) set goals for the 6-month program, 2) discuss progress and opportunities for growth, and 3) to celebrate outcomes and plan for continued improvement
