Our Story

Heather Smith established Talent Elevated to bring effective organizational development solutions to small to mid-sized companies with the goal of optimizing employee contribution and engagement while accelerating business strategy. Heather’s career in healthcare, technology and telecommunications has taught her that businesses of all sizes often struggle to align their people and learning strategies to support the successful achievement of business objectives. Yet, when organizational development strategies are integrated successfully within an employee and leader’s daily work, transformation happens for both the individual and the company overall.

Heather has a passion for unlocking employee potential and has seen first-hand that when this happens across an organization, the work environment transforms, joy returns to the workplace, and goal achievement is accelerated.
