We PRIORITIZE your plan

Step 3 Prioritize your plan

Determining what’s important.

We partner with companies to formulate a corporate learning strategy to positively drive business outcomes and increase employee engagement. We do this through through a series of steps to provide understanding.

Culture Transformation

After completing a full assessment for a client in the hearing healthcare industry, Talent Elevated recommended two critical areas of focus for this organization, one of which was development. Since development is a broad topic, we recommended they begin with a specific focus on leadership development. The leadership development plan included learning, but it also include competency definitions, development plans, and equipping the leaders with tools to coach, cascade communication, and develop their team.

Client Case Study

The culture assessment gave us so much data. What differentiated Talent Elevated for us is that Heather helped us prioritize and then took us by the hand and helped us build. When we didn’t know how to have conversations, she role modeled these for us to we could learn how to lead well. I think that was a big factor in our growth, because I felt like I could share what I didn’t know and would be completely supported. We had a growth mindset, we just needed the tools and expertise on how to put it all together. Talent Elevated provided that expertise and it was a great partnership.

We believe that defining the desired culture and understanding current state are only the first two steps in culture transformation. In order to create a long-term sustainable culture that is accelerating your business forward, you must align your initiatives and systems and establish accountability and ongoing evaluation.

Often the most challenging component for this work is knowing where to begin.
